Blessed climate

At the time, we were asked to carry out this activity at the client's premises. They feared that April would be a turbulent month because, during those early negotiation days, we were experiencing a very rainy winter.

However, it was easy to convince them to produce this activity to be carried out outdoors:

• We strongly advise booking the outdoor space even if the investment were lost due to rain.
• In the Mediterranean, the odds are clearly in our favour.
• And if we see four days beforehand that it's going to rain, we'll prepare it at their facilities at no extra cost.

And what’s more, although our indoor dynamics are also wonderful, this start to spring with sunny days and pleasant temperatures have a direct and positive impact on people, lifting their mood and increasing their energy, fostering a double wow effect for our team buildings.
