Un team building amb un resultat molt «pintón» que uneix treball col·laboratiu i art: un mural de grafiti fet per tots i sense necessitat que els participants siguin mestres del street art. Això sí, una mica d’orientació visual tenen, ja que el mural final es munta ajuntant totes les peces pintades. Els participants de cada equip han de coordinar-se treballant i prenent decisions per aconseguir la meta fixada: acabar la seva part del puzle en el menor temps possible. Es tracta d’una competició per equips a la recerca d’aconseguir el “Spray d’Or”. L’objectiu final és crear esperit d’equip mitjançant un divertit taller de grafiti.

Eso sí, algo de orientación visual tienen, ya que el mural final se monta juntando todas las piezas pintadas. Los participantes de cada equipo deben coordinarse trabajando y tomando decisiones para alcanzar la meta fijada: terminar su parte del puzzle en el menor tiempo posible. Se trata de una competición por equipos en busca de conseguir el “Spray de Oro”. El objetivo final es crear espíritu de equipo mediante un divertido taller de grafiti.
