{"id":2072,"date":"2020-10-06T06:00:13","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T06:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/windcatactivities.com\/ruta-en-bici-por-el-baix-emporda\/"},"modified":"2020-10-06T06:00:13","modified_gmt":"2020-10-06T06:00:13","slug":"ruta-en-bici-por-el-baix-emporda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/windcatactivities.com\/fr\/ruta-en-bici-por-el-baix-emporda\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruta en bici por el Baix Empord\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center\"><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten\u00edamos planeado celebrar un aniversario con 12 personas recorriendo la costa en paddle sup, pero el viento y las olas arruinaron la experiencia a pesar del soleado fin de semana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plan B: una ruta circular en el Baix Empord\u00e0 con bicicletas por una zona rural llena de pueblos medievales: Pals &gt; Sant Feliu Boada &gt; Fontclara &gt; Palau Sator &gt; Peratallada &gt; Canapost &gt; Ullastret &gt; Poblado Ib\u00e9rico de Ullastret<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos trajeron las bicicletas a la localidad de Pals, y a las dos y media horas las vinieron a recoger al Poblado Ib\u00e9rico de Ullastret, donde finalizamos la actividad con una visita dinamizada al yacimiento arqueol\u00f3gico del Puig de San Andreu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La visita nos la ofreci\u00f3 Indiketa, una antigua habitante que vivi\u00f3 hace unos 2.300 a\u00f1os, y nos explic\u00f3 como era su vida cotidiana cuando esta era una de las ciudades ib\u00e9ricas m\u00e1s importantes del momento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfY la ruta en bici?&#8230; los pueblos son encantadores y tienen en com\u00fan la arquitectura medieval de sus cascos hist\u00f3ricos conservados de un modo asombroso. Una vuelta que es un aut\u00e9ntico tesoro patrimonial en plena zona rural, un sue\u00f1o de ruta y un itinerario por caminos secundarios sin apenas desnivel.<\/p>\n<p
