El entendimiento de las reglas \u201cextranjeras\u201d es el tema principal de esta din\u00e1mica de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cada mesa los participantes entran en calor practicando con los dados y adapt\u00e1ndose a las reglas del juego. Al cabo de un rato se les retira las instrucciones y ya no se les permite hablar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comienza el juego. Despu\u00e9s de varios turnos el facilitador invita a los ganadores de cada grupo a cambiar de mesa, pero lo que ellos no saben es que en cada mesa \u00a1hay algunas reglas diferentes!.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incapaces de hablar, se debe llegar a acuerdos ante tan extra\u00f1a situaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo, aprendiendo las nuevas reglas o \u201cimportando\u201d las propias. Los participantes experimentan lo que se siente al estar en un nuevo ambiente y lo que necesitan para encontrar su camino.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herramienta ideal para trabajar la comunicaci\u00f3n intercultural tratando con gente nueva, o para el desarrollo de reglas comunes al fusionar a dos equipos, o para tratar con nuevas condiciones y desarrollar nuevas
