Nous mettons au d\u00e9fi depuis des ann\u00e9es des \u00e9quipes d'entreprises de participer \u00e0 des concours de paella. Un team building gastronomique que l'on nous demande habituellement beaucoup pour dynamiser les incentives et les conventions d'entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Cependant, \u00e0 cette occasion, nous avons organis\u00e9 une paella g\u00e9ante pour un groupe d'entreprise local de 150 personnes. Et bien que la cuisson ait \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9e par notre personnel, nous nous sommes arrang\u00e9s avec le client pour que les participants collaborent aux t\u00e2ches typiques de pr\u00e9paration de ce d\u00e9lice. Divis\u00e9s en groupes avec un responsable, chaque groupe avait une t\u00e2che bien d\u00e9finie, y compris la mise en place des tables et des chevalets avec leurs nappes en papier ! Tous les responsables rendaient compte r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l'organisation de leur partie. Si un groupe \u00e9tait en retard, il \u00e9tait rapidement compens\u00e9 par l'aide de coll\u00e8gues qui changeaient de groupe.<\/p>\n

C'est ainsi que nous abordons la nourriture avec une touche de travail d'\u00e9quipe. Pas de comp\u00e9tition, cette fois, pure coop\u00e9ration et coordination. Et tous ensemble, en \u00e0 peine deux heures et quelques, nous avons cuisin\u00e9 environ 60 portions de paella aux l\u00e9gumes et 90 portions de viande. Les applaudissements finaux de tous pour tous \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s sympas. Et il n'y a rien de tel que de travailler en \u00e9quipe.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
