C'est donc la r\u00e9ponse affirmative \u00e0 l'invitation \u00e0 communiquer. C'est l'expression de la pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 la relation.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons continuer \u00e0 parler de la philosophie Ubuntu pour comprendre l'effet positif que Sikkhona exerce sur la gestion d'\u00e9quipes, car Ubuntu parle de la loyaut\u00e9 des personnes et du respect dans leurs relations, c'est pourquoi c'est un outil tr\u00e8s pratique pour renforcer la confiance entre les membres d'une \u00e9quipe, ce qui, par exemple, contribue \u00e0 une augmentation de la productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona nous aide \u00e0 nous rendre visibles, \u00e0 mieux communiquer et \u00e0 mieux interagir, et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question : Que pouvons-nous faire pour mieux interagir et communiquer ?<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona est un outil visant \u00e0 favoriser la confiance et la relation au sein des groupes, les faisant progresser vers des groupes de haute performance professionnelle et de croissance personnelle continue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne communication.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les groupes (professionnels, personnels ou familiaux) traversent diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes dans la relation entre leurs membres, certaines tr\u00e8s productives ou constructives, d\u2019autres frustrantes ou destructrices.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona est un instrument de stimulation des relations au sein des groupes et de r\u00e9solution des conflits et des probl\u00e8mes pour aider les groupes \u00e0 sortir des \u00e9tapes destructrices et \u00e0 \u00e9voluer et cro\u00eetre dans les \u00e9tapes productives.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, il fournit un ensemble de dynamiques et d'outils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 encourager la communication entre les membres du groupe, \u00e0 aborder positivement les conflits et \u00e0 renforcer la coh\u00e9sion. Il contribue \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer ces groupes dans la bonne direction, en les faisant grandir et en aidant chacun de leurs membres \u00e0 grandir, \u00e0 partir de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 que favorisent les m\u00e9taphores du voyage et les images.<\/p>\n<p>Objectif<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifier le point de d\u00e9part du groupe<\/li>\n<li>Travailler la communication et la coh\u00e9sion<\/li>\n<li>Stimuler la confiance, l'alignement et l'interd\u00e9pendance du groupe<\/li>\n<li>Aborder les conflits positivement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Mod\u00e8le<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona repose sur un mod\u00e8le conceptuel qui \u00e9tudie les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9veloppement des groupes. Ainsi, nous pouvons imaginer le d\u00e9veloppement d'un groupe comme un voyage au cours duquel nous passons par diff\u00e9rentes stations. Un voyage naturel, qui part de la station d'origine, qui est la constitution du groupe lui-m\u00eame, et qui, par la bonne voie, avance vers la station suivante, en am\u00e9liorant ses performances et son efficacit\u00e9. Mais qui, par la mauvaise voie, d\u00e9raille vers une impasse, dans laquelle le groupe cesse de fonctionner.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona analyse chaque \u00e9tape en observant l'\u00e9tat actuel du groupe, ce qu'il a accompli en termes de relations et de confiance, et ce qui lui manque pour progresser.
