Es por tanto la respuesta afirmativa a la invitaci\u00f3n de comunicarse. Es la expresi\u00f3n de la predisposici\u00f3n a la relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos que seguir hablando de la filosof\u00eda Ubuntu para entender el efecto positivo que Sikkhona ejerce en la gesti\u00f3n de equipos, pues Ubuntu habla de la lealtad de las personas y del respeto en las relaciones entre ellas, por el que es una herramienta muy pr\u00e1ctica para aumentar la confianza entre los miembros de un equipo, cosa que influye en un aumento de la productividad, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona nos ayuda a visibilizarnos, comunicarnos y relacionarnos mejor, y a responder a la pregunta: \u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer para relacionarnos y comunicarnos mejor?<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona es una herramienta para fomentar la confianza y la relaci\u00f3n dentro de los grupos, haci\u00e9ndolos avanzar hacia grupos de alto rendimiento profesional y de constante crecimiento personal gracias a la buena comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los grupos (profesionales, personales o familiares) pasan por distintas etapas de relaci\u00f3n entre sus miembros, algunas altamente productivas o constructivas, otras frustrantes o destructivas.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona es un instrumento de est\u00edmulo de las relaciones en los grupos y de superaci\u00f3n de conflictos y problemas para ayudar a sacar a los grupos de las etapas destructivas y hacerlos evolucionar y crecer dentro de las etapas productivas.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacerlo, proporciona un conjunto de din\u00e1micas y herramientas destinadas a fomentar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre los miembros del grupo, a abordar positivamente los conflictos y a crecer en cohesi\u00f3n. Ayuda a hacer evolucionar estos grupos en la direcci\u00f3n correcta, haci\u00e9ndolos crecer y ayudando a crecer a cada unos de sus miembros, desde la creatividad que promueven las met\u00e1foras del viaje y las im\u00e1genes.<\/p>\n<p>Objetivo<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificar el punto de partida del grupo<\/li>\n<li>Trabajar la comunicaci\u00f3n y la cohesi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Estimular la confianza, el alineamiento y la interdependencia del grupo<\/li>\n<li>Abordar positivamente los conflictos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Modelo<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona se basa en un modelo conceptual que estudia los diferentes estadios de desarrollo de los grupos. As\u00ed, podemos imaginar el desarrollo de un grupo como un viaje en el que pasamos por distintas estaciones. Un viaje natural, que parte desde la estaci\u00f3n de origen que es la constituci\u00f3n del propio grupo, y que por la v\u00eda correcta avanza a la estaci\u00f3n siguiente, creciendo en rendimiento y eficacia. Pero que por la v\u00eda equivocada descarrila hacia una v\u00eda muerta, en la que el grupo deja de rendir.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkhona analiza cada una de las estaciones viendo c\u00f3mo es el grupo en este momento, qu\u00e9 ha conseguido en t\u00e9rminos de relaci\u00f3n y confianza, y qu\u00e9 le falta para progresar. Sikkhona tipifica 4 estadios funcionales claramente observables, con los que define las 4 distintas estaciones del viaje, y tipifica tambi\u00e9n desviaciones de la ruta que conducen a v\u00edas muertas: estadios altamente disfuncionales y a veces destructivos de los grupos.<\/p>\n<p>En conjunto Sikkhona es un modelo conceptual que tipifica 4 estadios de desarrollo y 4 estadios de disfuncionalidad, y propone por un lado din\u00e1micas de comunicaci\u00f3n para progresar en los estadios de desarrollo y, por otro, herramientas para abandonar los estadios disfuncionales y encarrilarse en el camino del crecimiento y progreso como grupo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Nos hemos certificado en Sikkhona!
