Hip hop is a cultural movement whose highest expressions are graffiti and rap music, and its main values are peace, love, unity, and having a good time, so it's a perfect fit for one of our favourite incentives.

Last Friday, we brought together and motivated a team of 90 people who experienced being hip-hop artists for a day, as we challenged them to work as a team using this culture created in New York in the 1960s.

We divided the group into nine teams and separated them, each with a mural 1.60 metres high x 2.40 metres long. They had to tackle a double challenge: painting a mural with spray paint representing the company and, at the same time, creating a series of rhymes referencing the company's various departments.

The teams had to coordinate so that both the mural and the rhymes came together at the end and made as much sense as possible. So, to finish, and with the mural as a backdrop, we attended the rap performance and recorded it as proof of the feat achieved.

Huge thanks to @Ready For People and especially to @Ana Bel García for having us.
