Para tratar esta problem\u00e1tica utilizamos una herramienta ideal para fortalecer y fomentar el trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">El equipo cuadrado es un gran desaf\u00edo para cualquier equipo, ya que solamente se puede encontrar una soluci\u00f3n por medio de la cooperaci\u00f3n eficaz y la comunicaci\u00f3n no verbal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">En medio de la mesa hay una zona general con las piezas que conforman tantos cuadrados del mismo tama\u00f1o como participantes tenemos. La tarea del grupo consiste en lograr que cada miembro acabe con el suyo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">No se permite hablar durante la actividad, y los participantes deben seguir una serie de normas para el intercambio de piezas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">La clave para dominar este problema es el esp\u00edritu de equipo: mientras que los cuadros se pueden colocar juntos de muchas maneras diferentes, solo hay una \u00fanica combinaci\u00f3n que permite hacerlos todos al mismo tiempo.
