La mitad eran suecos y la otra mitad del resto de Escandinavia, y a nosotros nos solicitaron buscar la localizaci\u00f3n id\u00f3nea para organizar el domingo un pique vikingo delante de los fogones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Nos desplazamos hasta Les Estanyoles, una mas\u00eda empordanesa del siglo XVII, situada en Llofriu, donde preparamos el evento. El grupo se encontr\u00f3 con un mercadillo lleno de productos de temporada, les ofrecimos nuestras recetas, les facilitamos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y unas generosas paellas. El objetivo era trabajar en equipo para preparar sus propios arroces y el resto del banquete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Comenz\u00f3 el duelo, mientras que un grupo se dej\u00f3 asesorar por nuestra tradicional receta, el otro quiso romper moldes y se atrevi\u00f3 a meter jabal\u00ed, setas y otras rarezas del campo. Una mezcla gastron\u00f3mica que enriqueci\u00f3 un mont\u00f3n culturalmente la actividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Nuestra tarea fue vigilar que el arroz no se pasara, y argumentar al final el esperado veredicto sobre el arroz ganador, nada f\u00e1cil de determinar seg\u00fan nuestro jurado.
