We organised them into 4 groups and challenged them to demonstrate which one was the best at teamwork. A team-building challenge competition that brought out the best in each of them. We recognised latent leadership in some of the participants; at times there was effective communication, balancing listening and persuasion correctly; also excellent coordination, often simulating strategic planning. We ended up building catapults that launched eggs, to finish the competition with the Julius Caesar tournament.
