We're talking about the founder of Alibaba Group, a family of successful internet-based businesses. Jack Ma is the first Chinese entrepreneur to grace the cover of Forbes magazine. His first rule for achieving success is to get used to failure. The second is to keep your dream alive because, who knows, one day it might come true. Thirdly, he recommends a cultural focus on your company's philosophy. The fourth rule is to ignore those who boycott your idea, those who think small. The fifth is to be inspired, to look everywhere for things that will help you improve. In sixth place, stay focused on your goals. Have a plan and don't try to do everything. The seventh rule is to find a good name, something that resonates with your interests, whether they are international or local. Eighth, the customer comes first, the employee second, and the shareholder third, much like on Wall Street! The ninth rule is not to complain about problems and keep looking for opportunities, which often arise from the problems themselves.
