Anyone who looks at them makes their own associations instantly. Personal experiences and feelings can easily be put into words. The cards can be used for one-to-one work, as well as with larger groups.
The Emotion Cards are a multifaceted communication tool to facilitate a wide range of group activities. Everyone creates their own associations with the Emotion Cards. Each function is like a vehicle for expressing and shaping personal experiences.

How is it done?
Leadership project feedback: Emotion Cards are spread across a table. After completing a learning project, each participant is asked to take an Emotion Card, answering questions such as: “Which image reflects a feeling you had during the learning project?” “What was beneficial during the learning project?” “Which image best reflects this?” In the next step, each participant presents their Emotion Card to the group, involving all participants in the feedback process – even shy and reserved participants are easily integrated into the discussion. Emotion Cards provide different perspectives and offer accessible experiences for everyone.

Suggested Uses:

Spread the images out on a table so that they are visible to all participants. Ask each person to select one or more images to present to a partner or to the group.
We give people enough time to select their photos. We can ask one or more questions to provide focus for the selected photos, in line with our objectives. The depth and scope of the topics we choose will depend heavily on the creativity of our ideas, how we structure the exercise, and how we enable participants to express their ideas. The following variations can guide us in adapting the activity to the group's needs.

Familiarisation: At the start of the training, this helps participants get to know each other in a creative way. “Choose a picture that says something about you!” Participants include themselves using photos.

Gain Expectations: With Emotion Cards, you can gauge participants“ expectations. Participants select an Emotion Card that they feel best represents their answer to the question: ”Which image represents where you want to be at the end of the seminar?”

Feedback: Suggestion questions: “What was one of the most important outcomes for you and which image represents this outcome?” “What will be your next step?” “What will you put into practice in your daily life?” “Choose the image that best represents this.” With the help of the chosen Emotion Card, each participant provides feedback. You will find other usage suggestions in the instructions for the Emotion Cards.

Number of participants (min/opt/max) 6 / 10 / 30
Time 15 / 30 min
Required space: 1 x 1.5 m
Contents 50 cards
Size and Weight 21 x 14.5 / 0.6 kg
£49.50 + VAT and shipping

Las Tarjetas de la Emoción Nuestras Tarjetas de Emoción son pequeñas, sólidas y múltiples obras de arte fotográfico.
