Hands in the earth and the team on what matters. The Agroecological Days lead the group to work alongside local farmers on seasonal tasks: sowing, harvesting, pruning, or caring for organic crops.<\/p>\n

A real work day in the field that connects the team with the origin of food and with the people who produce it.<\/p>\n

A slow, physical and deeply satisfying experience that contrasts with, and complements, the usual pace of corporate life.<\/p>\n

How do the Agroecological Days work?<\/h2>\n

The team arrives at the agroecological farm and works alongside the farmers on the day's tasks: planting, harvesting, pruning, composting. The farmers themselves explain the ecological production model and its relationship with the land. The day concludes with a meal made with produce from the farm.<\/p>\n

What is this activity working on within the team?<\/h2>\n

Connecting with the essential, shared physical labour and gratitude. Working the land with one's hands generates conversations and bonds of a different quality to those that emerge in habitual work contexts.<\/p>\n
