Dividimos al grupo en equipos y les presentamos una serie de pruebas a superar, se trata de retos que dependen de una buena comunicaci\u00f3n y liderazgo, a medida que se superan la cantidad de la donaci\u00f3n va increment\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 trabaja esta actividad en el equipo?<\/h2>\n

La empat\u00eda, la capacidad de salir de la zona de confort y la reflexi\u00f3n colectiva sobre el entorno social. La mezcla de reto l\u00fadico y contenido emocional genera conversaciones muy honestas dentro del equipo.<\/p>\n
