The time pressure, the manual work and the need to reach quick agreements bring out very revealing team dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>The final parade \u2014 with a catwalk, music, and judges \u2014 is one of the most fun and memorable team moments in the catalogue.<\/p>\n<h2>How does the Fashion Studio Challenge work?<\/h2>\n<p>Each team receives a kit of materials: fabric, paper, tape, accessories. They have a limited time to design and build a complete outfit and present it on the catwalk with their own brand storytelling. A jury scores creativity, cohesion, and presentation.<\/p>\n<h2>What is this activity working on within the team?<\/h2>\n<p>Creativity under pressure, the management of spontaneous roles, and the ability to present and defend ideas.
